Love your channel. I would not have added the heavy cream and cheese until the end because if you cook on high temperature for too long, the sauce will break. Adding the cornstarch was a good idea, but you should have thickened with cornstarch first. Then added a little cream and cheese turn off the pot. I hope this makes sense to you.😊❤
